Fifty top, senior and mid-level executives of Nepal’s leading internet service provider SUBiSU participated in 2 day Leadership Development Training on 29th and 30th of April, 2016 conducted by Yogesh Satyal, Managing Partner of Global Teams Nepal.

With “Total Customer Experience Management’ as the central theme the training participants learn some of the critical concepts and skills for better employee engagement and superior customer experience.
The participants shared that the training was highly learningful and expressed their eagerness to apply the skills on their job for better relationships, better performance and overall improved customer and employee satisfaction.
In keeping with the fact we live through a time when our success greatly hinges on managing ourselves and handling our relationships artfully the training also delved into the topics of self-management, emotional intelligence skills as well as personal productivity management tools.
Apart from the lecturettes, plenums the participants also enjoyed engaging themselves in case discussions, group activities and management games. Besides, they keenly took self-assessment tests on some of the managerial skills learnt during the training.
